Armed men liberate the lost lands.
There comes a time when we must look back at what we’ve lost. A good starting point is ourselves at aged seven to ten. What were our dreams at that age? What did we want to be when we grew up? At that age we are still in touch with our life’s mission before “reality”, in air quotes, kicked in. We were still, in most cases, filled with an innocence reflecting this life’s mission. No one had said, “You can’t do that!” or “Who do you think you are?” Now then, to reclaim this part of ourselves requires a certain courage, the courage of armed men liberating lost lands. The dreams of our younger selves will have been ravaged by the occupiers of our dreams. The dreams will seem fantasies until be are back on our lost lands. Today’s Symbol asks us to believe again, to investigate that earlier self, to seize back our birth rights!
