Cattle raiders arrive and fall into a trap.

Cattle, along with precious metals were considered a form of wealth. There is something deep within the Indo-European language speakers that relates to cattle. From the Hindu cow worship to the Minoan bull jumpers and the cattle raiders of the Celts. People could be and indeed were killed in the cattle raids. Wealth, even mobile wealth like cattle is worth defending and worth risking much to acquire. Yet there is always a playful undercurrent in the stories of cattle raiding. It was akin to a sport for the Irish Celts.That being so think of this day as a chance to play. Look to whom may wish to raid your cattle and make the appropriate plans, in the spirit of a game.
