Birch December 24 - January 20

A faerie ring glistens in the dawn light.

The enchanted and the wondrous are yours this month. You are beginning a journey of the impossible becoming real. The glistening of the faerie ring is your sign, the dawn light is your beginning. Stride forth.

Rowan January 21 - February 17

Entering the labyrinth with guides.

A month that can bring confusion. The labyrinth represents the path to the attainment of knowledge. The confusion comes from the twists and turns. Remember you have guides. Listen, feel and think this month and the way will make sense.

Ash February 18 - March 17

The spear of destiny hangs poised in flight.

Time for decisions! IS the course you've chosen for life the direction you want to go? If so plunge onward, secure in your path. If not, now is the time to change. The course is not yet set.

Alder March 18 - April 14

Three concentric circles reveal Truth.

As we grow, so our understanding grows. We move from the general to the more concrete. This month, the realisation of Truth will  be the end of a particular journey. Absorb that Truth, you have worked for it.

Willow April 15 - May 12

The nine waves of illusion enchant the onlooker.

All life is illusion, all life is real. Where do you stand in world? Being enchanted by illusion does not, necessarily, imply acting on illusion. This month you have the opportunity to see through the illusions around you.

Hawthorn May 13 - June 9

Letting go and having fun brings greatest rewards

This is NOT the month to follow rules of society that you have self imposed for the sake of propriety. This IS the month to follow your heart and your soul. Enjoy, for god's sake, ENJOY.

Oak June 10 - July 7

Children dancing in a game of ring around the rosy.

The external reality does not always reflect the deeper Truth. Children playing ring around the rosy are actually commemorating the Black Death. This month, bring childlike wonder to the deeper Truth of your life.

Holly July 8 - August 4

Opening doors and closing windows.

This is the month to reorganize your understanding of the world. There is no longer a need to watch from within the boundaries of yourself. Open your doors to the wonder and the possibilities available to you this month.

Hazel August 5 - September 1

On the tenth cycle the answer will be revealed.

Ask your question this month. Ask it deeply,  ask it with conviction and ask it knowing the answer is on its way. Then forget the question, let it slip from your consciousness for the answer is coming. It is coming within ten moon cycles. 

Bramble September 2 - September 29

Traveling through the tree of life leads you to your roots.

The tree of life is your link between the goddess, gods and the physical world. Meditate upon this tree during this month. You have the chance to find your purpose on this plane. Look carefully, your eyes are about to opened.

Ivy September 30 - October 27

An open hand carries no malice.

Keep your hands and your mind open this month. Look for those around you with a similar view on life. They are your link to your future. Those with closed hands are not, avoid them.

Reed October 28 - November 24

A shield of bronze covered in intricate designs.

Strength does not have to ugly. It can be beautiful. This month use your strength for beauty. Allow the strength to flow through you, let it guide you to that beauty that is every human's by birthright, let it drive your creativity. Enjoy this strength.

Elder November 25 - December 23

A sail appears on the horizon.

The new hope, the relief, the support and the supply you have been dreaming or and awaiting is close at hand. Prepare for liberation this month, help is on its way.
