Birch December 24 - January 20
The end of the cycle is the beginning of the next.
While it may seem like everything is falling in a heap, this is necessary. The old must be let go of for the new to appear. Life is but a series of cycles. Endings are beginnings! As an old tree drops in the forest, many new seedlings sprout. You have a multitude of choices this month.
Rowan January 21 - February 17
Biding my time, I strike with precision.
This is a month of waiting, watching then doing. Be like the cat stalking a bird. You will know when to strike, when to throw all your efforts into the action. Make certain in your waiting that the goal is what you want.
Ash February 18 - March 17
Opening the veils to the other realms I see my ancestors.
This is the month to reconnect. Meditation is the key. Go into your meditation state, visualise a great tree. Enter the tree and travel to extremities. It here the veils will be opened. Your ancestral links are very important at this time.
Alder March 18 - April 14
The blade can stab and the point can slice.
Look closely at how things are happening around you. Think about how you use the tools at your disposal. Your greatest, most flexible tool is your mind. Do you see what must be done?
Willow April 15 - May 12
Broken bones knit correctly, the pain is long gone.
That which was broken is now repaired. The learning pains the breakage caused have also past. This is the month of moving into the next phase. Trust the knowing, trust the universe, let go and get on.
Hawthorn May 13 - June 9
Dancing with eagles I spy a pack of wolves.
Your meditations this month will reveal a wider angle of view. You will see, as an eagle, the landscape of your life before you. This will reveal the pack of wolves stalking you. Forewarned, fore armed!

Daring to win opens unexpected doors.
Let's face facts. Fortune favours the brave. This is the month for fortune to come your way. Take the chance. The outcomes will not be what you first expected but exactly what you need.
Holly July 8 - August 4
I meet my other self whilst peering into a sacred pond.
The reflected image of yourself is the key to self knowledge this month. Use a pond sacred to you, use the bathroom mirror but look into your own eyes, the window to your own soul. This can be very confronting. Confront yourself and learn.
Hazel August 5 - September 1
Swimming with the current I reach the other side.
You are being swept along in the current of life. You being taken to where you need to be, so stop fighting it!!!! Go along with currents of your life a slowly at first, then decisively you find where you need to be.
Bramble September 2 - September 29
Evolutionary tendencies are overthrown by revolution.
The slow gradual time of growth ends this month. Huge change is in store. Find "The Tower" card from the Rider Waite Deck and meditate upon this for it is the key to your month.
Ivy September 30 - October 27
Hoping and doing are not the same thing.
The fine line between visualisation and action is actually a deep chasm. Leaping across this abyss brings changes and growth. Do not confuse the visualisation with the action. Leap and live.

A moonless night reveals many star patterns.
When the greatest light in the sky is missing, the hidden is revealed. This month a hidden pattern in your life is revealed to you. The shock of this will be its obviousness once you have seen the pattern. Act on the new knowledge.
Elder November 25 - December 23
Help is at hand, not where it is expected.
Know that the residents of the other realms are always at hand, not always seen but there. You have been expecting help from one source only. Open your mind, those you thought would never help are at your side right now.
