Birch December 24 - January 20
A well laid table supplies the humble home.
Focus on the simple things this month. These will sustain you. Not just in the physical but also in the metaphysical. Simplify your practices. Now is a time to renew and refresh.
Rowan January 21 - February 17
Aching for love, I find solace in time.
Remember that time is not reversible nor is it linear. Time is cyclical. That love, that desire, will be fulfilled but not as expected. As time cycles, solace will come.
Ash February 18 - March 17
Open hearts reveal true intentions; the clenched fist refuses to respond.
How do you wish to live? How do those around you live? Open hearted, clenched fisted? This month you can choose. In the choosing comes change. In the change come knowledge.
Alder March 18 - April 14
Guided by Gods I find the Goddess within.
It seems essential in this world to know a thing's opposite to know the thing. This month the Goddess within is revealed by the masculine force externally. See the nature of the male principle and know the female within.

Hunting with hounds, hunting with hawks, food for the table.
There is more than one way to provide nourishment for yourself and your loved ones. There is also more food than just the physical. This month, the members of The Inner Circle ask you to sample other spiritual systems. Look at Zen, Islam, Christianity, New Age. Just look, Truth is Truth. Truth is where you find it.

Enchantments are met head on with vigour.
This is the month that the internal confusions that you have brought upon yourself are cleared. Head on and with vigour are the clues. Successful disenchantment will bring many changes so be prepared.

The arguments of children do not move the wise.
Simple and straight forward. Do not let other's attempts at emotional blackmail get to you. Having made your decision stick with it and keep your own counsel

The drum beat of war is lost in the mists of delight.
The pain and anger is washed away this month as the wonders of being alive seep back into your life. Instead of the need to fight, defend and attack your eyes will be open the delights of living.

The Gods and Goddesses are my shield.
Need we say any more? Nothing can touch you this month. Use this safety to explore the deeper darker sides of your self through your meditations.

A slow running stream under trees.
A month to relax and meander. In the cool of the trees, slow movement gives time to reflect. Enjoy your time while it lasts.
Ivy September 30 - October 27
A leap of faith from the top of a cliff.
Can people really fly? Can people know that soft landing is below? This month you are asked to take things on faith. This is not a matter of belief, it is a matter of knowing. You can't go back, you can only go forward. So go forward!!!

Cycles are the straight lines of nature.
As the cycles of your life return to their starting points, you have the chance to reassess your life. What were your dreams as a five year old? The return to the start allows to redirect your energies for the next cycle.

Tales are told of men eight feet tall.
The eight foot tall men are from the distant heroic past. They men are still with us in the other realms and this month you reconnect with your own heroic past through them. Seize the energy, the time of heroes is fast re-approaching.
