Birch December 24 - January 20
No matter the direction the wise move happily.
A month of change that matters much. The direction matters not. Remember this time/space dimension is an illusion. Move as you will and your will brings you what you need.
Rowan January 21 - February 17
Dancing by fire light in the costume of a Stag.
This is the month to get in touch with your inner power. The power that comes from the cycles of Nature. The cyclical build up of strength and drive that manifests, in this case, in the form of a Stag, is yours to release and direct this month.
Ash February 18 - March 17
Dragons release the earth energy that now flows through me.
Meditation upon the dragon will, this month, release the Earth energies they ride. This may seem overwhelming at first, move slowly, stay grounded. This energy is a true gift that will allow you make the changes you need in your life.
Alder March 18 - April 14
Driving rain and cliffs prevent me from finding home port.
A month of blindness on some levels. Be prepared for deadlines to slip and targets to not be met. Use this time to travel where the universe is taking you. A great adventure awaits. You step outside the boundaries of society and see the other realms.
Willow April 15 - May 12
Rabbit pie awaits my home coming.
Nourishment and safety are just ahead of you. Move steadily towards your home, your refuge, your safe place. The dream is about to come to fruition and it is all you expected and more.
Hawthorn May 13 - June 9
The surviving spearmen lead the legion of the rearguard.
The Tarot card of "The Tower" has just passed through your life. You are gathering the remnants of your life and realizing that you have survived. You are not alone, you are with the champions are you regroup and retire to a safe place. Take heart.
Oak June 10 - July 7
An array of weapons for the choosing.
You have all the necessary tools at your disposal. You may even be spoilt for choice. Choose wisely for the choice determines your direction and actions for the next half year. A bow will obviously lead to different actions when compared with a mace. Meditate first then choose.

Music and song ease a weary traveler.
A month of respite and relief. The journey of this life is long and wearying. Take the month off to listen to music and song. Look not for any particular meanings in the melody, simply enjoy the time out from the work and walk of the journey.
Hazel August 5 - September 1
Finding my beloved by moonlight.
Deep within is the energy of the moon we each carry. It is by this light you will find your beloved. The soul attached to you for this life to act as guardian, sounding board and confidant. Meditate yourself to a moonlight clearing and find your beloved.
Bramble September 2 - September 29
Scrying for omens, I miss the signs.
Do not spent time this month looking to the cards, the I Ching or the runes. This month you will see the answers you seek symbolically in your world. Do not over read these, they are as clear as day.
Ivy September 30 - October 27
A rich farm near the enemy's border.
Are you fearful that all you have worked for is within the range of your enemies or are you secure in the knowing that what is yours by gift of the universe is always yours? Choose the latter this month and go through the rest of this life with that attitude of safety and security.
Reed October 28 - November 24
A rich harvest ensures the survival of the tribe.
The lean times are over and you are overwhelmed with gifts showered upon you. You not only survive but prosper too. The work you have put in over the past cycles is paying dividends. Enjoy and rejoice.
Elder November 25 - December 23
A warrior in a chariot circles in protection.
Know little one that you travel protected and safe. Though you may not see, feel or believe this to be true, it most definitely is. Now is the time to strike out on your way, irrespective of age or history. What was it you were going to do when you grew up? Do it now.
